Group Visits

Please note: Due to the need to arrange staff and volunteers for guided visits, we require at least one month’s notice. Availability is subject to scheduling.

Regular visits to Point Ellice House Museum & Gardens are self-guided, but if you would like to book a guided group visit, we do offer this service as well. These visits can be scheduled Monday to Friday, which is outside of our regular public hours.


Guided visits are 1.5 to 2 hours in duration. The time will be split between the historic house and the gardens.

Group Size

8-30 people

If you would like to book a guided visit, we kindly ask that you have 8 people attending or meet our minimum donation amount of $100 (8 x $12.50). The maximum group size we are able to accommodate is 30 visitors. 


Minimum $100 for 8 people, plus $12.50 for each additional attendee.

We are a non-profit and a registered charity, so our admission is by donation. To cover staffing costs to accommodate your guided visit, we require a minimum donation equivalent to $12.50 per person.

Donations should be made by lump sum on behalf of the group at least 48 hours in advance through CanadaHelps, or by cash/card in person at the start of your visit. All donations of $50 and above made through CanadaHelps receive a tax receipt.
