Boil some eggs 12 min.
cut into halves with a sharp knife
take out the yolks
& make them into a paste with butter
season with cayenne & salt.
Fill each half with the mixture.
lay in a hot dish
& pour over a thick brown gravy
highly flavoured with French mustard
& Worcester sauce
